At 3:08 PM, FD has been dispatched to the Highway and The Shops Blvd responding to reports of a Ford Fusion that is on fire at the intersection near JCPenney.
At 3:13 PM, PD has been dispatched to the scene for traffic control. The vehicle is off of the highway but the entrance to the mall is currently blocked to traffic.
At 3:20 PM, fire is out.
At 3:24 PM, PD has requested a tow truck to the scene.
