SUBSCRIPTION AND COMMUNICATION
By becoming a subscriber, you consent to receive SMS messages from Havasu Scanner Feed, LLC. You may opt out at any time by replying ‘STOP’ to any message. Upon sending ‘STOP’, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, send the word ‘START’.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword ‘HELP’ for more assistance, or contact us by email or call (928) 275-9988.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and us to you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
Regardless of future price changes, existing subscribers will remain at their original entry price.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If, within the first 30 days of your subscription, you are not 100% satisfied—even after accessing all bonuses—we will refund your initial payment. To request a refund, contact us by email or visit our support page. Refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be honored, and all sales are final after this time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel your subscription, visit the Cancel My Account page and follow the on-screen instructions. Account cancellations are not accepted via telephone or email. Access to the site will terminate on your renewal date.
To delete your account and all relevant information from our system, visit Delete My Account.
SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Our service is not intended for reporting crimes or suspicious activities. For emergencies, call 9-1-1 or for non-emergencies dial (928) 855-4111.
CONTENT GUIDELINES
We reserve the right to remove comments that include but are not limited to:
- Discriminatory or hate speech
- Defamatory statements
- Threats or harassment
- Illegal activity or encouragement of such
- Personal information of another person
- Any other content we deem inappropriate
PUBLIC RECORDS AND ARREST INFORMATION
Havasu Scanner Feed, LLC may publish the names, sex, and ages of individuals involved in incidents, as released by law enforcement agencies and permitted under Arizona law.
Such information is considered a matter of public record under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution when reported truthfully and accurately.
All individuals named in arrest reports are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. We do not publish mugshots, home addresses, or any additional details beyond what is publicly released by law enforcement.
This policy aligns with common journalistic practices across Arizona and supports the public’s right to know, while maintaining a balanced respect for individual privacy and due process.
If an individual’s charges are dismissed, expunged, or found to be inaccurate, we will consider corrections or updates upon submission of official documentation. Requests may be submitted via our contact form.
LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
While we strive for accuracy, Havasu Scanner Feed, LLC. is not liable for any errors, omissions, or delays in information, or any losses arising therefrom.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Text, images, and other content may not be copied or shared publicly without prior consent.
LEGAL ACTIONS AND GOVERNING LAW
Any legal actions taken against Havasu Scanner Feed, LLC. will result in the plaintiff bearing all legal fees. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes agreement to the new terms.
