RP at an address in the area reporting a male came up to the residence and rang the doorbell and is seen on surveillance waiving his arms asking for help. The subject left towards the street and the caller no longer has visual on the subject.
A second RP in the area called in advising the male subject is asking for help, stating that the subject is saying his friend is trying to shoot his girlfriend.
