Incident Details:
On October 15, 2024, at approximately 08:07 AM, officers were dispatched to Tonto Drive in response to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, officers made contact with a female occupant seated in the front of the vehicle, who appeared visibly upset and hesitant to cooperate with law enforcement.
During the interaction, the individual initially refused to provide identifying information but later admitted she had outstanding warrants. A records check confirmed two active felony warrants: one from Maricopa County and another from the Lake Havasu City Police Department.
After being asked to step out of the vehicle, the individual hesitated but eventually complied. Officers placed her in double-locked handcuffs, conducted a search incident to arrest, and secured her belongings, including her phone, wallet, and medication.
The vehicle was towed from the scene after unsuccessful attempts to contact the registered owner. The suspect was transported to the Lake Havasu City jail, where she was booked on both warrants. The case was marked as cleared by arrest.
