Suspect Arrested for Threats and Disorderly Conduct on Birch Square

On September 20, 2024, at approximately 04:15 PM, officers responded to a domestic violence incident at Birch Square. Upon arrival, the reporting party informed officers that the suspect had threatened to kill the victim during a verbal altercation inside a motel room. The suspect’s disruptive behavior included yelling and making threats related to harm against the victim.

The altercation reportedly began after a disagreement between the suspect and the victim, who shared the residence. During the argument, the suspect stated that if anything happened to her pet, she would kill the victim. The victim expressed uncertainty as to whether the suspect had threatened only her or “everyone.”

The suspect was taken into custody without incident, searched in accordance with procedure, and transported to the Lake Havasu City jail for booking. Officers issued a victim rights form to the victim and discussed safety planning. The case was marked as cleared by arrest.
