At 11:48 PM, FD has been dispatched to the 1900 block of Victoria Farms Rd. RP is stating they smell wires burning in their casita.
At 11:56 PM, Engine 6 is on scene stating nothing is showing at this time and will investigate.
At 11:59 PM, Engine 6 has completed a 360 around the outside of the building and has confirmed there is no emergency outside and there is no evidence of smoke or flames but is smelling a slight oder of burnt wires. Will continue to investigate the interior.
At 12:30 AM, FD is unable to locate the source of the smell and is advising the property owner to call and electrician and will shut off the power to the casita.
At 12:55 AM FD advised they located the source of the smell. Turned out the electrical panel had water in it. Scene turned over to the home owner and they have been advised to contact an electrician.
