At approximately 8:42 AM today, emergency services responded to a distress call from a man who had fallen and required immediate medical attention on a walkway near Sara Park Dog Park in Lake Havasu City. The man, accompanied by his dog, was unable to get up and sought help through an emergency call.
Rescue 4 quickly arrived at the scene, along with Battalion Chief, Truck 1, Engine 3, and two Lake Havasu City Police patrol units. The coordinated effort ensured assistance to the injured man, who was subsequently transported to the hospital for further medical treatment. Animal Control was summoned to take custody of the man’s dog, ensuring the pet’s safety while its owner received medical care.
