At 1:31 PM, FD and medical has been dispatched to the area of the Rockabilly event at Windsor Beach responding to a female subject who is unconscious.
At 1:44 PM, the female subject refused medical transport to the hospital by ambulance and will be transporting herself.
All units have been cleared.
